Currently the project MOONomenta 2020 is still for every artist. This will change in the future, because only a limited surface stands for art presentation.
At this time a participation is free. If 50 % of the "exhibition space" is occupied, for the remaining free surface a participation fee will be raised. The participation fee gets more expensive, ever smaller the still remaining exhibition surface will be.
But this shouldn’t be the problem for the moment. From 10,000 m⊃2; accurately 7,900 m⊃2; of the art is available. The edge surfaces of all 4 pages (ever 250 cm observed depth) are surfaces for the sponsors.
Each work of an artist may not exceed the size of 250 x 250 cm. Smaller work can be heightened up to this measure.
The picture of the drawing is up to each artist. They can be simple motives, abstract figures or just symbols. It`s just Important to draw without shades. Alternatively also artistically digital machined photos or collages in black/white with very hard contrasts in it can participate.
Only single-colored works with clear lines and without shades can be submitted. These works get transferred as gold-colored vaporization to the Mylarfoil.
Due to the longish development time each participant has to carry providing for the data protection of his design additionally. So replacement can be supplied in a short time by loosing the data onesided.
Each picture comes with a maximum size of 2.5 meters to the square on the "exhibition surface". The artist should sign his work on the front with his name and the date of preparation and send it in digital form (E-Mail or CD).
The "exhibition surface" is divided in 158 rows next to each other and in 8 rows among eachother. That means 1,264 fields and the first 632 will be for free.
